Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (includes 1 hour of overtime daily)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position supports a label manufacturing and printing operation by assisting with warehouse, production, and shipping activities.

Responsibilities:

Assist with inbound and outbound shipping operations.
Unload incoming deliveries and prepare outgoing shipments for UPS pickup.
Support production lines by supplying paper products used in the printing process.
Pack finished products, label boxes, and prepare orders for shipment.
Stack products on pallets and shrink-wrap completed orders.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
Assist with general shipping and receiving duties.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience preferred.
Experience with shipping and receiving.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift experience is a plus.
Candidates with forklift experience may qualify for the higher pay rate of $18.00 per hour.
Candidates without forklift experience will start at $17.00 per hour.
