Position Summary:

If you are experienced, or wanting to learn to become a top Dealer and "Blow the Guest Away" with your table games experience and outstanding guest service we have the following available:

• Free, unpaid training school.

• Various shifts available for training.

• Swing or Grave shift available, after graduation.

• Base Hourly Rate, Plus Tips

Job Duties:

• Promote superior guest service.

• Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.

• Deal various Table Games: Blackjack, Roulette, Craps and Novelties.

• Must have excellent guest service skills.

• Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.

• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.

• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of casino security processes and Title 31.
