What This Role Offers   $30 per hour Flexible, demand-based schedule No fixed weekly commitment Independent contractor (1099) position   Assignments vary week to week. Contractors submit availability every Sunday by 8:00 PM and are contacted when routes match their schedule. Broader availability increases opportunity.   Responsibilities Safely transport clients to assigned destinations Maintain punctuality and professional appearance Assist with luggage and client needs Keep vehicle clean and ready Use GPS and traffic awareness for efficient navigation Qualifications Must be 26+ years old Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) Live in or near Ridgeland/Jackson metro area Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Pass background check and drug screening Reliable and able to submit weekly availability
