Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Sales Coordinator to join our team at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. Delaware North operates Nova Guides and Camp Hale Weddings located in the Vail, Colorado area. The property features a main lodge with a restaurant and retail shop. Nova Guides provides ATV/UTV guided tours and rentals, winter snowmobile and snow coach guided tours and rentals, and private fly fishing and archery instruction. • Network in the field within Eagle, Summit, and Lake counties (company vehicle use)
• Participate in local Chambers of Commerce
• Identify potential new sales channels
• Work with sales, marketing, and operations to teams to bring new products to life
• Assist with daily and/or event operations as needed
• Staff company booths at community events
• Work with sales and marketing team to grow our concierge/affiliate program
• Assist with maintaining retail sales items, including identifying new items to sell and stocking of existing items
• Assist with front of house need for F&B operations
• Compile contact info and input into a CRM system for email and other marketing campaigns
• Follow up on sales leads for the rental and tours products

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in hospitality, sales or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• No high school diploma or GED required
• Must posses a valid driver's license

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
• Ability to lift, balance, and move up to 35 pounds
