Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Recreation Lead to join our team at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, Colorado. As a Recreation Lead, you will support the team at [UNIT NAME] in planning and coordinating activities for our guests.

Delaware North operates Nova Guides and Camp Hale Weddings located in the Vail, Colorado area. The property features a main lodge with a restaurant and retail shop. Nova Guides provides ATV/UTV guided tours and rentals, winter snowmobile and snow coach guided tours and rentals, and private fly fishing and archery instruction. • Plan, organize, and deliver engaging recreation activities for guests staying at Nova Guides
• Assist and answer questions guests may have about planned activities
• Provide guidance and directions to local attractions to guests
• Follow safety procedures to ensure guests are safe and happy
• The successful applicant will be responsible for facilitating training in safety, tours, and snowmobile best practices
• Operate a company vehicle and transport guests

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Previous cash handling and point-of-sale experience required
• Basic math skills required
• Excellent computer skills required
• Ability to read and follow maps required
• Strong communication skills
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for entire length of shift
• Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently
