Job Details: Job Location: City of Riverside - Riverside, CA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00Hourly, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: General Labor, Full-TimePay: $20.00 per hourMinimum: 32 hours per weekSchedule: Friday–MondayMust be available to work weekends.  Job Description: Duties consist of regular maintenance of location and if any maintenance problems should abruptly arise, they are to be handled immediately. Walk to entire garage, sweep and pick up all garbage from floors. Empty trash cans  Maintain equipment clean and clear of dust. Remove graffiti when needed. Special projects - Deep cleaningQualifications: Experience & Education: High school diploma/GED is generally preferred, but not always required. Previous janitorial, maintenance, or customer service experience is often expected. Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). Skills: Technical: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and equipment like floor buffers or pressure washers. Soft Skills: Time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Requirements: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are often required.
