Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

WE LOVE OUR WORK.

  • Provide stellar customer service.
  • Greet and welcome guests, assign seating, and escort guests to their table.
  • Follow company procedures for seating guests including understanding and following station charts and maintaining customer flow.
  • Inform guests of menu items, specials offered, and marketing promotion information as requested.
  • Complete sales to customers including taking money in payment of sales, counting appropriate change, appropriate handling of cash payments, properly processing comps, and appropriate accounting for cash, credit, and comp receipts as needed.
  • Assist servers and bussers in maintaining dining areas including taking orders, delivery and bussing as necessary for the efficient operation of business.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries including making reservations and taking messages as needed.
  • Respond to “to go” orders including packaging orders, collection of payment, and delivery to guests.
  • Ability to navigate the company reservation system.
  • Menu knowledge.
  • Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed.
  • Compile information, complete and submit reports as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
  • Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
  • Any reasonably requested job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

     

    LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

    Ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people.

     

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

    Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs including but not limited to counting money.

     

    REASONING ABILITY:

    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

     

    LICENSING:

    Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law.
