Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business growth and market expansion strategies.
• Identify new market opportunities and investment potential.
• Lead product development initiatives and introduce innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and technology partners.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Monitor business initiatives and prepare management reports.
• Achieve growth targets and increase market share.

المسؤوليات:
• وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التوسع والنمو.
• دراسة الأسواق والفرص الاستثمارية.
• تطوير المنتجات والحلول الجديدة.
• بناء الشراكات الاستراتيجية.
• التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق.
• متابعة الأداء ورفع التقارير.
• تحقيق مستهدفات النمو وزيادة الحصة السوقية.
Requirements
• 10–15 years of Business Development experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, construction materials, infrastructure, or industrial solutions.
• Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Experience in product management and commercial initiatives.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent in English.
