A leading construction company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee Design & Build projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage construction activities for Design & Build projects.
• Supervise site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, safety, and quality.
• Resolve construction issues and manage project risks.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and local regulations.

• Residential & Commercial Design & Build Projects.
• Land Area: Approximately 8,000 m².
• Built-up Area: Approximately 30,000 m².

المهام الرئيسية:
• قيادة وإدارة أعمال التنفيذ في مشاريع التصميم والتنفيذ (Design & Build).
• الإشراف على فرق العمل والمقاولين والمقاولين الفرعيين.
• ضمان تنفيذ المشاريع ضمن الجدول الزمني والميزانية ومعايير الجودة.
• التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمهندسين والعميل.
• متابعة تقدم الأعمال وإدارة المخاطر وحل المشكلات الفنية.
• ضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية والعقود وأنظمة السلامة.
?️ طبيعة المشاريع:
• مشاريع سكنية وتجارية (Design & Build).
• مساحة الأرض: حوالي 8,000 م².
• مساحة البناء: حوالي 30,000 م².
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in Construction Management.
• Proven experience managing Design & Build projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent planning, execution, and time management skills.
• Experience using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة المعمارية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
• خبرة عملية من 10 إلى 15 سنة في إدارة الإنشاءات.
• خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشاريع Design & Build.
• القدرة على قيادة فرق العمل وإدارة المشروع بكفاءة.
• مهارات عالية في التخطيط والتنفيذ وإدارة الوقت.
• يفضل إجادة Primavera P6 أو Microsoft Project.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
