-Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
-Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions and follow up on outstanding balances.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
-Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
-Monitor expenses, revenues, invoices, and supporting financial documentation.
-Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
-Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and financial regulations.
-Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
-Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience as a General Accountant or in a similar accounting role.
-Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is required.
-Strong knowledge of general accounting, AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
-Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
-Very good command of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
-Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills.
-Good communication and time-management skills.
