A leading medical group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Head of Procurement & Supply Chain to lead procurement and supply chain operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all procurement and supply chain operations.

• Oversee purchasing, supplier management, inventory, warehouses, and distribution.

• Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies.

• Negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts to achieve cost optimization.

• Ensure continuous availability of medical and operational supplies.

• Improve inventory turnover and prevent shortages or overstocking.

• Prepare budgets, reports, and analyze KPIs.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and Saudi regulations.

تعلن إحدى المجموعات الطبية الرائدة في المملكة العربية السعودية عن توفر شاغر رئيس قسم المشتريات وسلسلة الإمداد.

المهام الرئيسية:

• قيادة وإدارة عمليات المشتريات وسلسلة الإمداد على مستوى المجموعة.

• الإشراف على الشراء، الموردين، المخزون، المستودعات، والتوزيع.

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المشتريات وسلسلة الإمداد.

• التفاوض مع الموردين وإدارة العقود.

• ضمان توفر المستلزمات الطبية والتشغيلية.

• تحسين إدارة المخزون وتقليل التكاليف.

• إعداد التقارير وتحليل مؤشرات الأداء KPIs.

• قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, or PMP are preferred.

• 7–10 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.

• 3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience.

• Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, receiving, issuing, and stock counting.

• Previous experience in hospitals, healthcare groups, pharmaceutical companies, or medical supplies is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of AI applications in improving operations, data analysis, and productivity.

• بكالوريوس في إدارة سلاسل الإمداد أو المشتريات أو اللوجستيات أو إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة الصناعية أو الصيدلة أو الهندسة الطبية الحيوية.

• يفضل الحصول على شهادات CIPS أو CPSM أو CSCP أو CPIM أو PMP.

• خبرة 7–10 سنوات في المشتريات أو سلاسل الإمداد.

• خبرة إدارية 3–5 سنوات.

• خبرة في إدارة المخازن والمستودعات والمخزون وعمليات الاستلام والصرف والجرد.

• يفضل خبرة في القطاع الطبي أو المستشفيات أو شركات الأدوية.

• إجادة أنظمة ERP وإدارة المخزون.
