A leading healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Healthcare IT PMO Manager to lead and monitor its IT project portfolio and digital transformation initiatives.

The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered according to the approved scope, timeline, milestones, and budget, while coordinating closely with business owners, IT teams, development teams, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor IT projects from initiation through Go-Live.

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and responsibilities.

• Track project progress, delays, risks, and issues and prepare weekly dashboards for senior management.

• Coordinate between Business Owners, IT, Development Teams, and external vendors.

• Manage priorities and resources across multiple projects to prevent conflicts and delays.

• Ensure completion of Testing, UAT, documentation, and handover before project closure.

• Monitor system and project integrations in coordination with the IT department.

• Manage Change Requests and control unauthorized scope expansion.

• Escalate risks, challenges, and project delays at an early stage with solutions and recommendations.

تعلن إحدى الجهات الرائدة في القطاع الصحي في المملكة العربية السعودية عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى Healthcare IT PMO Manager.

يهدف الدور إلى قيادة ومتابعة محفظة المشاريع التقنية ومشاريع التحول الرقمي، وضمان تنفيذها وفق النطاق والجدول الزمني والميزانية المعتمدة، مع التنسيق بين الإدارات وفريق تقنية المعلومات والموردين الخارجيين.

المهام الرئيسية:

• إدارة ومتابعة المشاريع التقنية من البداية وحتى مرحلة Go-Live.

• إعداد نطاق المشروع والجدول الزمني والمراحل الرئيسية وتحديد المسؤوليات.

• متابعة نسب الإنجاز والتأخير والمخاطر وإعداد تقارير ولوحات متابعة أسبوعية للإدارة العليا.

• التنسيق بين Business Owners وIT وDevelopment Teams والموردين الخارجيين.

• إدارة الأولويات والموارد بين المشاريع ومنع التعارض والتأخير.

• التأكد من اكتمال Testing وUAT والتوثيق والتسليم قبل إغلاق المشاريع.

• متابعة التكامل بين الأنظمة والمشاريع المختلفة بالتنسيق مع إدارة IT.

• إدارة Change Requests وضبط أي توسع غير معتمد في نطاق المشاريع.

• رفع المخاطر والتحديات والتعثرات بشكل مبكر مع تقديم الحلول والتوصيات.

• Strong experience in PMO / Project Management.

• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is mandatory.

• Experience with HIS / HMS / EMR / ERP / CRM projects and digital transformation initiatives.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience working with Development Teams and external vendors.

• PMP certification or an equivalent professional certification is preferred.

• Strong execution and leadership skills.

• Excellent follow-up, organization, and delivery management skills.

• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

• خبرة سابقة في القطاع الصحي شرط أساسي.

• خبرة في مشاريع HIS / HMS / EMR / ERP / CRM والتحول الرقمي.

• القدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد.

• خبرة في التعامل مع فرق Development والموردين الخارجيين.

• يفضل الحصول على شهادة PMP أو شهادة مهنية معادلة.

• شخصية تنفيذية وقيادية قوية.

• دقة عالية في المتابعة والتنظيم والالتزام بالتسليم.

• مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة.
