The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, and able to manage both administrative and basic human resources tasks to help keep our office running smoothly.What We OfferWe pride ourselves on a friendly work environment, ongoing learning, and a generous benefits package: Full-time hours, no weekends Pay rate: $19-21 Health insurance available immediately 401(k) with profit sharing Generous paid time off (PTO), plus paid holidays and sick time On-the-job training Gym membership discountsResponsibilities Include Providing general support in all HR functions Providing administrative support to HR team members and leadership Scheduling meetings, interviews, and HR-related events Assisting HR with onboarding new employees Assisting with scheduling and calendar management Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records Assisting HR with onboarding new employees Maintaining employee files and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of records Supporting HR with communications and company announcements Organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs Maintaining training records and tracking employee progress Providing data support for audits and management reviewsQualifications: Previous office, administrative, or HR experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Friendly, professional, and dependableIf you’re organized, dependable, and enjoy supporting people, we’d love to have you join our HR team!
