Overview

Brief Description: Welding and fabrication in shop and field. General machining duties. All duties assigned by the supervisor are to be performed in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Candidate must be:

Proficient in basic electrode and mig welding, including pipe fitting and pipe welding.
Able to assemble steel structures utilizing fabrication drawing.
Proficient in basic machine shop practice
Able to work without direct supervision.
Able to work overtime when required.
All other jobs assigned by the shift supervisor.

Qualifications

Experience/Requirements:

Required:

High School diploma or equivalent
5-Years of manual and CNC Machining experience
Must complete Mechanical Apptitude Test

Preferred:

2-Year verifiable work experience in industrial environment
Completion of a recognized welding program or machine shop program
