Our Detailers play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring every vehicle is showroom-ready before delivery. What You'll Do Wash, wax, and polish new and pre-owned vehicles. Vacuum, shampoo, and deep clean vehicle interiors. Apply interior and exterior protectants as needed. Inspect vehicles for cosmetic imperfections and report concerns. Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and showroom display. Maintain a clean and organized detailing bay. Safely operate detailing equipment and cleaning tools. Assist with vehicle movement and lot organization when needed. Schedule Full-time position. Schedule may include Saturdays based on business needs. Compensation & Benefits Competitive flat rate pay based on experience. Health, dental, and vision insurance. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous detailing experience preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate).
