We are looking for a motivated, team-oriented professional who is comfortable taking on multiple responsibilities throughout the collision repair process. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous collision estimating experience Experience using the CCC ONE estimating system Current New York State Independent Adjuster’s License Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple repairs and priorities Willingness to collaborate with technicians, insurance companies, parts personnel, and customers About the Position Bob Johnson Collision Center is a busy, high-volume repair facility equipped with modern technology and an efficient production system.
