MISSION (Commander's Intent)

Lead a high-performance maintenance operation that keeps a critical fleet and heavy equipment safe, reliable, and mission-ready. Success means building a culture where safety, accountability, and technician development are the foundation of every shift.

  • Confident diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Decisive under pressure; prioritizes people and process equally
  • Communicates clearly across levels -- from technicians to senior leadership
  • Models integrity, respect, and continuous improvement

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

Equipment doesn't fail in a vacuum -- it fails people. The leader in this role is the critical link between operational safety, service reliability, and the community that depends on it. This is not a desk job. It is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in precision, develops technicians who take pride in their work, and understands that a well-run shop is a direct expression of organizational values.
