We are looking for a lead install technician with 3 years or more experience in residential HVAC installs.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading residential HVAC system replacements (furnaces, AC, boilers, IAQ, duct modifications)
• Delivering clean, organized, code-compliant installations
• Mentoring apprentices and helpers on-site
• Communicating professionally with homeowners

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)
