As a Sterile Processing Technician, you play an important role in patient care by cleaning, preparing, and sterilizing the instruments used in surgical procedures. While you will not work directly with patients, your work ensures operating room staff have the tools they need to provide safe, effective treatment.

As a Sterile Processing Technician, you will:
- Clean, package, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
- Inspect and assemble instruments for procedures
- Prepare and deliver supplies to operating room staff
- Maintain inventory and organize storage areas
- Operate sterilization equipment, such as autoclaves and instrument washers (training provided)
- Use computer systems to track instruments and sterilization processes

During the interview:

- You may re-record your answer to each question
