Our Hygienists are essential members of the clinical team, delivering high-quality, compassionate care and creating an exceptional experience for every patient. We operate five clinics across the state, including the Twin Cities, Rochester and Buffalo. Why Work for Us Enjoy meaningful work in a collaborative environment that fosters professional growth Provide culturally sensitive oral health care, preventive education, professional training, and advocate for access for all Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients Perform preliminary and existing charting of the oral cavity and surrounding structures Perform initial and periodic examinations and assessments Formulate a dental hygiene treatment plan in coordination with a dentist’s treatment plan Complete debridement, prophylaxis, and nonsurgical periodontal therapy; place subgingival medicaments. Provide nutritional counseling Administer nitrous oxide inhalation analgesia and monitor patient Apply topical medications including fluoride varnishes and desensitizing agents Qualifications Dental Hygienist license CPR/AED certification Experience working with culturally diverse communities preferred Proficiency in a second language preferred Rochester Clinic Shift: Monday: 7:50am – 3pm Friday: 7:50am-2pm What We Offer Comprehensive medical, dental and life insurance Paid time off; 401k plus company match Internal growth and professional development opportunities CE classes and license renewals Why Rochester?
