Job Details: Job Location: COC Rochester - Rochester, NY, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $55000.00 - $75000.00Salary/year, responsible for the daily dispatching & management of the wholesale transport operation. This includes coordinating product supply, transport schedules, driver assignments, and daily dispatch operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of our products to inner company & customer locations. Responsibilities will include: Daily dispatching & management of transport drivers & support staff Management of the transport fleet, preventative maintenance & vehicle repairs Ensure compliance with all DOT & Safety requirements Bulk Plant & keep fill customer inventory management Fuel Allocation Management & Planning Daily review of market trends vs current inventory cost to support pricing decisions Involvement/communication on purchases/ timing for fuel products including LP & fuel contracts, daily deals, preloads, etc Vendor, carrier, & customer relationship management & communication, serving as primary contact Coordinate with sales to align customer commitments w/ delivery capabilities Analytical reviews of freight tables, routes, pull points, & carrier rates to identify opportunities to improve margins & efficiency Wholesale Budget & P&L compliance Review inventory discrepancies & coordinate their resolution with ops & accounting Coordinate urgent transport or supply issues outside normal business hours as needed Coordinate with dispatchers & managers to overcome supply challenges and shortages Promote positive culture & team environment Coordinate with & support Campbell supply team as needed#mmhpQualifications:
