Job Title: Maintenance, Part-time (25 hrs./wk.)

Overview
St Agnes Parish in Naples is seeking a Part-time Maintenance Associate to assist with general maintenance for parish events and weekend Masses.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for light cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds as needed.
- Set up for schedule events and meetings.
- Adhere to proper cleaning methods, storage, and proper care of equipment and supplies.
- General maintenance including changing light bulbs, cleaning, re-stocking bathrooms if need arises, and minor repairs.
- Lockdown and opening facilities and/or gates for parish events.
- Observe and promote safe work practices and procedures by following local, state, and OSHA regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must have basic maintenance skills.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors.
- Self-motivated individual able to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, twist, push, pull as needed throughout shift.
- Must be available to work on weekends when necessary.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a DOV assigned post-offer physical exam.
