Licenses & Certifications

Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by a national certifying body as approved by the Illinois Department of Regulation APRN Board. Required

  • Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required

  • Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire. Required
