Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, Monday-Friday, 1 weekend day every four weeks. 1 assigned holiday. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St. You may be eligible for up to a $15,000 sign on bonus. 

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required
Work Experience
  • Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and completes mandatory CEUs. Required
Licenses & Certifications
  • Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy. Required
  • CPR certification. Required
