Work Schedule: 

PRN, Registry/PRN M-F 8am-5:30pm, Saturday 8am-3pm. Variable shifts/schedule. You will work at UW Health Swedish American 1401 E State St. Rockford

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy Required
  • Completion of ASHP-accredited residency. Preferred
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
Work Experience
  • 2 years of experience. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
  • Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible. Required
  • Immunization Certification from an accredited program (E.g. APHa) Required
  • Current CPR/BLS Required upon hire
