Summary
As a Material Handler, you will support shipping and warehouse operations by accurately packaging products, maintaining inventory and shipping supplies, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental requirements. You will work independently within procedures while coordinating with internal departments and external carriers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant shipments. This contributes to efficient material flow, accurate documentation, and overall team success.
Primary Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Package products for shipment in accordance with established procedures and requirements
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform routine data entry related to shipments, inventory, and documentation
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor and replenish bin inventory levels in shipping areas as needed
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Track and manage shipping supplies; prepare purchase requisitions to maintain adequate stock
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain and update log books for Bills of Material (BOMs) and drawings
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate with internal departments and external carriers to resolve shipment-related questions requiring explanation or approval
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Operate consistently from established procedures while meeting daily operational needs
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform other related duties as assigned
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Actively contribute to overall team objectives and workflow

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies
- High school diploma or equivalent (reading, writing, and basic math skills required)
- Less than one year of related experience required
- Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to follow written procedures and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
