Senior Biopharmaceutical Associate

Qualifications: 3+ years of relevant manufacturing or bioprocessing experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently execute manufacturing processes with minimal supervision
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and perform root cause analysis
• Analyze process trends and proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Support process transfer, validation, and scale-up activities
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and effectively communicate technical concepts

   Additional Responsibilities:

• Prepare, clean, sterilize, batch, filter, and deliver media and solutions
• Set up, operate, clean, and break down process equipment
• Perform sampling and analytical testing
• Operate filter integrity equipment
• Monitor process performance and escalate issues
• Execute CIP cleaning and sterilization
• Follow SOPs and GMP documentation practices
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.

Education

• High school diploma or GED

The anticipated hourly rate for this position in Maryland is $35.34 - $39.90 plus shift differential and annual bonus, when eligible. The final hourly rate offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc.
