Position Summary:
Operate and park guests' cars in a safe and efficient manner. Interact with guests in a friendly and positive manner. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's core values and demonstrating Exemplary Service Standards at all times.
2. Responsible for recording any damage that exists on the guest's automobile prior to accepting and parking the vehicle.
3. Responsible to properly and accurately park the guest's vehicle in correct parking lot spaces.
4. Responsible for locking guest's vehicles and correctly securing the keys.
5. Responsible for keeping the driveway clear of any cars that need to be parked.
6. Responsible for returning the car to the guest in a prompt manner and in the same condition it was in when the guest left it.
7. Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
8. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions preferred.
9. Handle guest luggage with care during hotel check in and check out.

Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Must have a valid State of California Driver's License.
3. Neat and legible handwriting.
4. Zero points on current driving record.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
6. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

4. Manual dexterity to operate foot and hand controls.
