Job Summary: The Shift Leader/Keyholder will lead shifts, ensuring operations run smoothly, customer service is exemplary, and the facility is secure during opening and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership:
• Supervise and guide Team Members during shifts.
• Handle cash transactions, manage daily finances.
• Operational Management:
• Open and close the facility, ensuring all security checks are performed.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support team development.
• Customer Service:
• Oversee customer interactions to maintain high service standards.
• Maintenance:
• Conduct routine checks on equipment and facilities.
• Ensure adherence to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Scheduling:
• Assist in scheduling and manage shift coverage.

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle basic accounting tasks (end-of-day reports, cash handling).
• Comfortable with morning or late shifts for opening and closing duties.
• Responsible and trustworthy with security responsibilities.
