Job DetailsJob Location: Romulus, MISalary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 HourlyJob Shift: 11:00pm - 7:00amBusiness Title: - Security Officer Job Purpose: - The primary purpose of the Security Officer at Patriot Security Enterprises LLC is to ensure the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and visitors by maintaining a visible and professional presence, monitoring surveillance equipment, and conducting regular patrols. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of premises. - Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates. - Operate and monitor security control panels, alarm systems, and surveillance equipment to detect and respond to potential security breaches. - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances, providing assistance to emergency services as required. - Write detailed reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. - Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel to coordinate response to incidents. - Provide assistance and guidance to employees and visitors in emergency situations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. - Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, representing Patriot Security Enterprises LLC with integrity and respect.QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent is required. Required Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security officer role or similar position. - Proven experience in monitoring and patrolling premises to ensure safety and security. Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong observational and surveillance skills. - Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in emergency situations. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in using security equipment and technology. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
