Job Details: Job Location: NCC - Romulus, MI, Salary Range: Undisclosed, #ST2022Warehouse CoordinatorSpecial Tree Ltd. | Romulus, MIFull-Time | 40 Hours Per WeekSpecial Tree is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure that medical supplies, equipment, and essential items are properly stocked, organized, and distributed throughout our NeuroCare Center. If you enjoy staying organized, working independently, and supporting a team that makes a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply!What You'll Do Order medical, housekeeping, cleaning, and other necessary supplies on a weekly basis. Receive and verify medical supply deliveries for accuracy. Maintain inventory records and update products in the Supply Hawk system. Distribute medical supplies to client rooms and residential locations. Maintain inventory and stock supplies at NCC North, NCC South, and Heavlin. Prepare and stock wound care, tube feeding, emergency, and respiratory supplies. Deliver client supplies and process charges using the Supply Pad system. Maintain and update client inventory records and daily supply sheets. Coordinate with medical supply vendors regarding orders, returns, and product changes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized central supply warehouse. Submit medical supply invoices to Accounts Payable. Assist other Support Services departments as needed, including housekeeping, laundry, and dietary.What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and use a computer. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning practices. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take responsibility for assigned duties. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work cooperatively with staff across departments. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to repeatedly lift and carry objects weighing over 20 lbs., with occasional lifting of over 50 lbs.What We Offer Competitive health and retirement benefits.
