Seeking Expert Partner — Infrastructure Finance Expert
We're assembling a team to bid on a major water infrastructure opportunity in South Africa's municipal water sector, and we're looking for an experienced finance professional to partner with us on this submission.
What we need:
- Registration as a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)), Chartered Public Accountant, or equivalent accounting/finance expert registration (South Africa or internationally)
- Minimum 10 years' post-registration experience in Financial Management, Investment Analysis, Project Finance, Financial Planning, or Financial Analysis
- Experience evaluating or structuring financing for large-scale infrastructure or public-sector projects, ideally within municipal, utilities, or water/infrastructure environments
- Comfortable contributing financial expertise across a multi-disciplinary bid and delivery team, working alongside engineering and project management leads
- South African or international experience considered
The opportunity:
This forms part of a competitive bid response for a significant water security initiative. If our bid is successful, this role would sit within a multi-year panel appointment, with individual project contracts — once awarded — potentially running 5 to 10 years each. This is a long-term, high-impact opportunity to contribute financial expertise to a national-scale infrastructure programme.
