Luxe Home Health is seeking an experienced Home Health Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our growing home health organization.
We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader with 3+ years of management experience in a large or growing home health organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, improving operational processes, and effectively overseeing the complexities of a large-scale home health operation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative and operational functions.
- Lead, manage, and support administrative and operational teams.
- Establish and improve workflows, processes, and procedures.
- Monitor productivity, performance, and operational outcomes.
- Partner closely with clinical leadership to ensure effective coordination and communication.
- Support staffing, scheduling, employee development, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable home health regulations and company policies.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Support organizational growth, census development, and overall business objectives.
- Provide leadership and operational recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in home health required.
- Experience managing operations within a large or growing home health organization strongly preferred.
- Strong administrative and managerial experience.
- Proven ability to lead teams and hold staff accountable.
- Strong knowledge of home health operations and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong computer and EMR skills.
- College degree not required; equivalent hands-on home health management experience will be considered.
