Position Responsibilities: Â
- Lead sourcing efforts and negotiations in assigned categoriesÂ
- Developing Strategies to improve cost structure and optimize spend through early involvement in sourcing lifecycleÂ
- Negotiating complex agreements in Sourcing categoriesÂ
- Collaborating with Leadership to manage and execute defined Sourcing Plans through the development and distribution of RFx’s (RFI, RFQ, RFP), vendor communications, and development of vendor selection criteriaÂ
- Propose and lead initiatives to drive ongoing evolution of sourcing frameworks, processes and best practicesÂ
- Proactively developing effective business relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and internal key decision makers Â
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Required Education and Experience: Â
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related professional discipline and 6 plus years of Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management or related business experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of above related experience  Â
- Strong vendor and contract negotiation experience Â
Preferred Education and Experience: Â
- Master’s DegreeÂ
