- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, efficient, cost-effective way
- Provide exceptional operational supportĀ
- Participate in all areas of service department
- Jewelry and watch Repair intake and management
- Cleaning jewelry
- Sizing watches
- Answering clients inquires via phone and emailĀ
- Oversee estimate process
- Strive for best customer experiences
- Execute service policies and processes
- Handle client issues when applicable
- Maintain relationship with vendor service contacts
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of Jewelry and Watches
- Excellent communications skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
- Must have authorization to work in the United StatesĀ
- Ability to operate company POS systems
