Develop, evaluate, compile and present schedule data, and utilize such data to develop schedules for execution of work for small to medium-size projects
Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts of related work activities, logic diagrams, resources, milestones, level of effort, and general presentation of schedules in various formats
Support our clients' proactive efforts related to program and project controls, including but not limited to reporting, scheduling, cost, and risk management, using tools that provide visibility
Develop and monitor project metrics, develop dashboards and collaboration sites to assist with project/program schedule monitoring and status communication to project/program management teams
Work with multiple Project Managers and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Establish a procedural framework for preparing, reporting and reconciling variances, including developing and/or enhancing reporting procedures and tools
Manage and enforce adherence to project controls practices and procedures, including change management and records management
Develop and monitor key performance indicators and report to project and program staff and clients
Proactively seek collaboration and cooperation
Set up and lead coordination meetings
Review project change documentation and ensure compliance with change procedures and contract specifications
Introductory skill set to include working with Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint Online, Excel, power Automate, Forms, Teams or Power BI
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long and short-term tasks simultaneously
Perform other duties as needed
ÂPreferred Qualifications
Degree in Construction, engineering or related field
Experience with data analysis and visualization software such as Tableau and Power BI
Certifications (one or more): PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP, CST, BI Reporting
Ability to interpret construction schedules
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of scheduling software for storing data and presenting schedules in various levels and forms of detail - Primavera, and/or other scheduling products
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
- Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
