Front of House Team Member

We’re looking for Front ofHouse Team Members to join our team across our Round Rock, Arbor,Lakeline, and Brodie locations. As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll beone of the welcoming faces of Fire Bowl Café, interacting directly with guestsand helping create a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Our FOH team members are cross-trainedin multiple positions, including Food Runner, Cashier, and Expo, giving youthe opportunity to learn different areas of the restaurant while workingclosely with your teammates.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guestservice by warmly greeting and assisting customers, answering menuquestions, and creating a positive dining experience.
  
• Work across Front of Housepositions, including Food Runner, Cashier, and Expo, while maintainingaccurate and timely service.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized,and safe environment by following restaurant procedures, food safety, andsanitation guidelines.
  
• Support smooth restaurantoperations by responding to changing customer volume, working with urgencyduring busy periods, and helping teammates with tasks as needed.
  
• Work effectively as part of ateam, maintaining positive relationships with guests and coworkers andcommunicating clearly with restaurant personnel.
  
• Maintain a professional andpositive approach while performing assigned duties and supporting theoverall success of the restaurant.
  

Job Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age;previous restaurant, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is aplus.
  
• Strong customer service andcommunication skills, with the ability to interact professionally andpositively with guests and coworkers.
  
• Team-oriented and dependable,with a willingness to assist teammates and contribute wherever needed.
  
• Ability to learn and understandthe menu, follow instructions, and adhere to restaurant, food safety, andsanitation standards.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment, remain on your feet while working, and adapt to changingcustomer volume with a sense of urgency.
  
• Willingness to be cross-trained in all Front of House positions.
  
• Flexible availability,including day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  
• Food Handler’s Certification orwillingness to obtain one.
  

Schedule & Locations

• This is a part-time positionwith all shifts available, including day and night shifts. Restaurantoperating hours are approximately 10:00 AM–9:30 PM. Weekendavailability is required.
