Associate Press Operator

Prudent Publishing Company, Inc., established in 1929 and a leading publisher of premium quality greeting cards known as The Gallery Collection®, has the following long term seasonal opportunity at our manufacturing facility in Landing, NJ as part of our Production Team.

SALARY: $20/hour

Job Purpose: Set up and operate a single person printing press machine to produce customized greeting card orders while achieving acceptable production and quality levels.

Responsibilities:  

○ Follow established procedures for printing our products  

○ Contribute to team effort by meeting or exceeding production goals  

○ Adhere to safety procedures while operating printing press  

○ Perform other duties as assigned  

Skills/Qualifications:  

○ No Experience Necessary - Paid Training 

○ Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and good hand and eye coordination is a must  

○ Ability to stand for long periods of time  

○ Ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds

○ Willingness to work overtime hours including weekends essential

Shift Schedule:   

(June – September) Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

(October – December) Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
