Job Overview

Role Summary

As a camp counselor, you’ll be a mentor, a hype crew, a role model, and sometimes, the superhero that helps a camper shine for the very first time. You’ll live in a beautiful cabin nestled in the San Bernardino Mountains, caring for campers each session, alongside your co-counselor. 

Ideal Candidate

Key Responsibilities

  • Wake your cabin up with energy and intention—get them dressed, ready, and smiling
  • Eat breakfast together before they head to specialty; you go to your specialty too
  • Reunite for lunch, refresh at the cabin, then head into afternoon electives
  • Lead or co-lead up to 3 electives a day, depending on schedule
  • Fuel up at themed dinners, then rally for epic evening adventures
  • Help your campers wind down, reflect on their day, and head into sweet dreams
  • Repeat with joy, curiosity, and care—every single day

Specialties Available:

  • High Ropes Course Lead- Prior experience with belay equipment 
  • Water Sports- Lifeguard and or valid CA Boat Driving License
  • Fine Arts 
  • Action Sports

 Rate - $340 to $625 / weekly based on experience and skill set
