Registered Nurse - ICU | Full-Time | Days

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a well-knownhospital in Russellville, AL and we are seeking compassionate and skilled ICURegistered Nurses to join a dedicated critical care team.

As an ICU RN, you’ll assess, plan and deliveradvanced nursing care to critically ill patients while working alongsideexperienced physicians and interdisciplinary professionals who value yourexpertise and support your success.

Schedule: Full-Time | Days​

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a critical care setting
  
• Monitor critically ill patients and manage life-support equipment
  
• Conduct patient assessments and administer IV medications and therapies
  
• Recognize and respond quickly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
  
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
  
• Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety protocols, and quality standards 
  

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Active Alabama RN license
  
• BLS and ACLS required (PALS preferred, as applicable)
  
• 1+ year of critical or acute care experience preferred
  
• New graduates encouraged to apply
