The Staff Pad haspartnered with a reputed hospital in Russellville, AL to find compassionate anddedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to jointheir growing outpatient clinic team.

In this role,you'll provide high-quality patient care, support physicians and clinicalstaff, and help create a positive experience for every patient in acollaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

KeyResponsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a clinical setting
  
• Administer medications and injections
  
• Assist with patient assessments and routine procedures
  
• Monitor vital signs and communicate changes to the care team
  
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans
  

What We're LookingFor

• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN)  
  
• Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred
  
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
  
• Strong communication, collaboration, clinical judgment & critical-thinking abilities
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting
