RN House Supervisor - Full-Time (Nights) | PRN (Days+Nights)

As an RN Night House Supervisor, you will overseehospital-wide operations and provide leadership across departments duringovernight hours.

At this hospital, leadership doesn’t stop afterhours. Serving as a key resource for clinical staff,physicians, patients, and families, you will ensure exceptional patient carewhile fostering a safe, collaborative environment and maintaining the higheststandards of clinical excellence.

Schedule: Full-Time (Nights)| PRN (Days+Nights)

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight during night shifts
  
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, bed management and clinical coverage across units
  
• Support and mentor nursing and clinical staff in real-time decision-making
  
• Respond to patient care concerns, clinical emergencies, and operational challenges
  
• Promote compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure seamless patient care
  
• Foster positive patient and family experiences through compassionate leadership and problem-solving 
  

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Active Alabama RN license required; BSN preferred
  
• 4–6 years of recent hospital experiencewith demonstrated leadership skills
  
• ACLS and PALS certifications requiredwithin one year of hire
  
• Previous supervisory or managementexperience preferred
