About the Role:

We are looking for a Function Leader - Plant Maintenance, who thrives in a high performance and fast paced technical environment. Being a key member of the organizational leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering Maintenance function goals & objectives aligned to organization strategy. Lead Maintenance, Asset Reliability, Utilities, and Facility Management across Aerospace, UAV, CNC/VMC Machining, Tooling, and Advanced Manufacturing operations. Drive maximum equipment uptime, operational excellence, safety, compliance, and cost optimization while supporting business growth and manufacturing performance with strong expertise in preventive & predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, facilities management, TPM, Lean, and AS9100-ISO compliant operations.


What you'll deliver:

  • Develop and execute maintenance plans to ensure high equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Ensure smooth operation of CNC/VMC machines, utilities,Electrical systems,HVAC,compressors,Transformers,fire safety systems, solar panels, and related infrastructure.
  • Monitor maintenance performance and take corrective actions when required.
  • Plan maintenance activities with minimal impact on production.
  • Manage maintenance teams across shifts and support operational requirements.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and ensure quick resolution.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are effectively planned and executed to meet production, reliability, and cost targets.
  • Maintain required inventory of spare parts, tools, consumables, and lubricants.
  • Monitor and optimize energy consumption and utility usage.
  • Maintain maintenance records, manuals, and technical documentation.
  • Develop and implement maintenance SOPs, best practices, and process improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct fire safety drills, equipment inspections, and team training.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational objectives.
  • Build, develop, and mentor maintenance teams through training and skill development programs.

What You'll Need

  • Passion for manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in industrial maintenance and asset management, including CNC/VMC machines, HVAC/VRV systems, pneumatic, electrical and utility infrastructure, Preventive maintenance (PPM), troubleshooting, Energy management, and Industry 4.0/IoT applications.
  • Good understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001/AS9100 standards.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to support business needs beyond standard working hours when required.
