Position Summary

The Operations Manager oversees bulk plant and product distribution operations, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable management of facility activities, inventory, transportation, equipment, personnel and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage drivers, warehouse staff, technicians and facility operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, DOT and operational requirements.
  • Oversee inventory control, product integrity and month-end reconciliation.
  • Maintain P&L accountability, budgets, productivity and cost control.
  • Coordinate fleet readiness with transportation and fleet management teams.
  • Recruit, train, coach and develop employees.
  • Investigate incidents and support continuous safety improvement.
  • Resolve customer issues and support sales operations.
  • Manage facility inspections, PPE and operational supplies.
