About This Opportunity
Mosaic Life Care, a physician-led, multi-specialty health-care system, currently in search of a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join our cooperative, energetic, and friendly practice in St. Joseph, MO. This position offers the security of joining an established health system with the lifestyle of practicing medicine in a comfortable and close-knit community.

Practice in a collegial setting with four exceptional physicians, two outstanding APPs and a team of nurses, techs, access representative and a practice manager. Work performance encompasses the full scope of primary care practice clinical responsibilities in both an outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital setting. The position requires call coverage for 4-5 weekdays and one weekend per month. The physician will work in a collaborative model, co-managing patient care by observing, supporting, advising, and consulting on cases treated by advanced practice providers.

• $315k starting base salary, 2-year guarantee
