NextLinkis having an existing position as a Servicecoordinator Functional Designer PBCS in Brussels area, Belgium.

The Information Systems (IS) People, Brandand Corporate Services team, which is responsible for

building and maintaining IT applicationsfor the HR and Facility departments, is looking for a service coordinator -functional designer with focus on end-to-end approach and good communicationskills, adapted to the different stakeholders of the project.

The candidate will work within the ITorganisation on various medium / large projects. In her/his role, he/she willdiscuss requirements for setting up robust IT applications for crucialdata-oriented processes, set-up priorities, coordinates IT functional analyses,development and ensure robust IT design and processes.

The solution will cover domains such asdata in- & output, data extraction, storage & traceability, user interface,reporting etc. The candidate will organize & coordinate the work of theproject and participate in the set-up of the run.

Proven experience with user requirementsgathering and functional analysis in an IT environment is a must.

The candidate will be working in a dynamicand innovative context. He/she will join a strong and energetic team wherehe/she can help shape solutions in a new domain.

Main objectives:

− Ensure good communication and collaboration within the team andtoward Business

− Ensure quality of functional and technical design of thesolution components (initially coached

by more senior team members) ;

− Set-up objectives and priorities in collaboration with businessand team

− Achieve goals within the committed constraints

− Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation ;

− Help build positive team spirit.

Additional objectives:

− Follow-up of Acceptance Testing ;

− Ensure regular progress reporting to the Management.

Profile:

• Language: English fluent + Dutch fluent OR French fluent

• University Graduate orProfessional bachelor Ideally University graduate “Master” in informationScience, Management or Industrial Engineer.

• Minimum 5 yearsexperience

• User requirements analysis

• IT solution design on middle scale projects

• Understanding development life cycles

• Agile project methodology

• Informing theconcerned parties in a structured and efficient way about the progress of theprojects

• Processes andapplications improvements

• Functionalrequirements for IT

• Describing thetest scenarios and organize the test execution in collaboration with thetester/test coordinator.

• Documentnew/adapted processes and functionalities

• MicrosoftOffice tools (Word, Excel at least)

• Basic knowledgein Data querying (SQL)
