Overview:Ā TheĀ Manager, Corporate FP&A is responsible for leading enterprise-wide financial consolidation, planning and reporting processes, with a strong focus on financial accuracy, lender reporting, and executive-level insights.Ā  This role serves as the central owner of consolidated financial performance and ensures alignment between internal reporting, external requirements, and strategic planning.Ā Ā 

Responsibilities:Ā 

FinancialĀ Consolidation & Reporting:Ā 

  • Own the consolidation of financial results across all business units, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timelinessĀ 

  • Align GAAP reportingĀ with management reporting and pro forma adjustmentsĀ 

  • Maintain and enhance consolidated financial models, including full 3-statement (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) forecastingĀ 

  • Ensure consistency in reporting hierarchies, definitions, and KPI calculationsĀ 

Lender & External Reporting:Ā 

  • Lead all lender reporting requirements, including compliance certificates, and covenantĀ calculationsĀ and ensure compliance with debt agreementsĀ 

  • Partner with Treasury and executive leadership on liquidity forecasting and cash flow visibilityĀ Ā 

  • Support communication with lenders by providing clear, accurate, and timely financialĀ insightsĀ 

Corporate Planning & Forecast:Ā 

  • Lead the enterprise-wide forecasting process, including monthly reforecasts and long-range planningĀ Ā 

  • Develop and maintain driver-based models that connect operational assumptions to financial outcomesĀ Ā 

  • Provide consolidated views of performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and key driversĀ Ā 

  • Own preparation of corporate-level reportingĀ 

Business Partnership:Ā 

  • Serve as a corporate FP&A partner to General Managers, providing visibility intoĀ how performance translates into enterprise financial outcomesĀ Ā 

  • Translate financials into actionable insights for General Managers across revenue, gross margin, SG&A, and EBITDA performanceĀ 

  • Support General Managers in understanding financial impact of decisions,Ā challenge assumptions and elevate financial rigor within business unitsĀ 

Qualifications:Ā 

  • 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related rolesĀ Ā 

  • Strong experience in financial consolidation and corporate reportingĀ Ā 

  • Direct experience with lender reporting, covenant compliance, and debt structuresĀ Ā 

  • Experience in multi-entity or private equity-backed environments preferredĀ Ā 

  • Deep understanding of 3-statement financial modeling and financial statement linkagesĀ Ā 

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP vs. pro forma adjustmentsĀ Ā 

  • Ability to manage complex consolidations across multiple entitiesĀ Ā 

  • Strong attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and controlĀ Ā 

  • Excellent executive communication and financial storytelling skillsĀ Ā 

  • High ownership mindset — operates as the ā€œsource of truthā€ for financial performanceĀ Ā 

  • Strong business judgment and ability to anticipate risksĀ Ā 

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environmentĀ Ā 

  • Continuous improvement and process discipline mindsetĀ 

This is a hybrid position working 2 days in office and additional days when needed.
