Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) | Part-Time | 213 Mill Creek Drive Suite 105A Salado, TX 76571

At Therapeds Works, an H2 Health Company, we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT), you will provide meaningful, play-based therapy while building strong relationships with children and families in a supportive, team-driven environment.Ā 

Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, global developmental delay, sensory processing differences, neurological conditions, and genetic disorders. We focus on helping children improve fine motor skills, sensory regulation, visual-motor integration, self-care skills, emotional regulation, and overall independence through individualized, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy.Ā 

Your Role:Ā 

  • Deliver individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy to children with developmental and sensory needsĀ 
  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans focused on fine motor development, sensory processing, ADLs, visual-motor skills, and self-regulationĀ 
    Implement play-based and sensory-integrative interventions to promote engagement and progressĀ 
  • Document care accurately in Raintree EMRĀ 
  • Partner closely with families and caregivers to promote carryover and skill generalizationĀ 
  • Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and interdisciplinary team membersĀ 
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer supportĀ 
  • Degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy programĀ 
  • Active state Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensureĀ 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skillsĀ 
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental delays preferredĀ
