Join the Crumbl team in Salem. We're hiring three full-time bakers who want 35-40 hours a week and can work Friday and Saturday. Prior baking experience is not required; training is provided.

What you'll do

• Measure ingredients, mix dough, and follow recipes.
• Bake, decorate, and package cookies with attention to quality.
• Take orders, process payments, and help customers.
• Restock supplies and keep work areas clean and food-safe.
• Operate and clean commercial bakery equipment as trained.
• Work with the team to keep production and orders moving.

What we're looking for

• Dependable attendance and clear communication.
• Consistent Friday and Saturday availability, with flexibility for opening, daytime, and closing shifts. Shifts may fall between 6 AM and 10 PM; typical shifts fall within 7 AM to 9 PM.
• Care with recipes, food safety, and customer orders.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a busy team.
• At least 18 years old for the required commercial bakery equipment duties.
