Career Coach

A Career Coach is a professional who provides guidance and support to individuals seeking to enhance their job skills and achieve their career goals. They work with a wide range of individuals with disabilities who require support in the workplace. This is a full-time position to work with persons with disabilities providing on the job training, preparation for the job and general support. Position will also require you to transport the person served to and from their job site. The base schedule is Monday – Friday, 8am – 4 pm. Hours may vary depending on the needs of the person and the organization. Must be available for some evenings and weekends. The position has a full benefit package. Standard driver’s license required with an excellent driving record. Must be able to pass drug screen, background check and DOT physical. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. If hired, you will be required to complete two weeks of training Monday-Friday 8am – 4 pm.
